Our webinar on protecting data against ransomware attacks is now over!
During the online meeting held on 24 May 2022, we focused on the issue of cybercrime. In recent years, we have seen a dramatic rise in this type of threat. According to research:
- 64% of IT managers fear that their companies could fall victim to cybercriminals within the next 12 months*
- The average cost of a cyberattack is $13 million*
- 43% of cyberattacks target small businesses*
The presenter – Kamil Grzesik, an expert at Dell Technologies – emphasised that the answer to these challenges lies in a multi-layered cybersecurity strategy covering security standards, guidelines, human resources, business processes and technological solutions. The expert also spoke in detail about, amongst other things, how to secure an organisation and its data, whether to pay a ransom in the event of encryption, and how Dell can help protect data against ransomware attacks.
